Does anyone have any experience using CoinEgg.com as an exchange?

Pretty much title, is it legit? Not seeing a lot about them, just some announcements from various projects that their coins are trading on the exchange, and some older posts indicating that CoinEgg is a rebranded Jubi following the Chinese crypto-ban. Anyone have anything more definitive?
