Looking for a place where I can sell things for Bitcoin as a payment method. I preordered a iPhone X 64GB for my son, his mother happened to also preorder him one in which he has already opened and activated. Hi, so I have a small amount of money to put on alts and I've done even smaller amounts before but want to ask on a few items. To buy most alts, you purchase with BTC. So for me the process would be Buy BTC with fiat --> Transfer to another exchange --> Buy Alts Now at the moment BTC is going up, but the ALT/BTC chart is going down. What does this mean? Is the ALT/BTC going down only because BTC is going up? When I have a look at the ALT/USD it's not as drastic. Since I'm buying BTC with fiat, is it better for me to look at ALT/USD pricing? Sorry if these are noob questions. I'm just not sure if I look at the ALT/BTC price going down, is this actually a good time to buy considering I need to buy the BTC with fiat anyway? Suppose I'm looking at a coin that I like, and that I'm heading to bed. I'd like to place multiple conditional orders to: 1) If if goes down to 0.5, buy 100. 2) After that, if it goes down to 0.4, sell 100. 3) Alternatively, if it goes up to 0.6, sell 100. Bittrex won't allow any conditional order if you don't have the funds available. So I got royally burned during the BitcoinCash surge and crash shortly thereafter. Once BCH hit a point in which I was satisfied with cashing out and converting it back to BTC, I noticed that when I went to the sell part (down below the graph) it never updated how much BCH or BTC I had available. Everyone is so focused on the jump from BCH in all of these threads that nobody seems to be talking about the $200+ jump in price by Dash. What's the reason for this? Dash had a similar jump back over the summer but has been steadily declining since. It's also suffered from not being as anonymous as a coin such as Monero, which was supposed to be one of its key features.
