Blockfolio not showing GDAX

I recently started using Blockfolio to track my holdings. I started off using Coinbase for all my transactions but now I’ve switched to GDAX to avoid the fees. Will keeping Coinbase as my default exchange to record transactions on Blockfolio give me accurate portfolio values? Or do the prices differ even though Coinbase owns GDAX? Is there another app you’d recommend over Blockfolio?
