Idk if this is the right subreddit i should be posting on. Kinda confused. Sent bitcoin from my exodus wallet to coinbase. Then check the transaction ID that exodus gave me and it says it doesn't exist. BTC wasn't added to my coinbase account. So i guess i lost that bitcoin? I bought when the price was around 7k. What would be a good strategy to protect hodled BTC from a crash? Put a Stop Sell order at a much lower price? For example, if BTC is trading at 11,000 and I think it might crash to less than 10,000, should I put a stop sell order at let's say 10,500 and then buy back in again when it hits 10,000? Just wanted to use this platform to spread awareness about a coin I think will succeed (and make me some money)! Right now, market cap is the most used metric to evaluate the strength of a crypto. That metric is flawed. We never know how many coins are really in circulation or actually usable.
