Usually this process takes around 20min. Today I have been waiting for over 6 hours for my Ether to be converted into BTC so that I can convert it into a different coin. Changelly just shows a constantly loading sending to your wallet icon, and my Bittrex does not show an incoming pending arrival of BTC like it usually does.
