Portfolio allocation into only BTC,BCC and ETH. Does this make sense ? Or should I keep altcoins

Sold off all my altcoins and parked them into BtC,BCC, ETH at 33% each ? Is this a good idea? Should I Leave some altcoins like Iota, Neo, etc? Would like to hear your views submitted by /u/dkdecipher [link] [comments] Read More

CryptoCheck iOS App

Hey guys, I hated googling "price of XXX crypto" to find the price of a currency while on my phone, or opening a page to coinmarketcap, etc... so I created an app that will instantly give you the price of any crypto currency by it's ticker. It also updates in real time. The app is completely, 100% free I would love for some feedback on your thoughts of it, and how I could approve it! Thank you in advance, I hope it's helpful to you! http://ift.tt/2itPu3O submitted by /u/C00nb0y22 [link] [comments] Read More

What if I told you that you could buy Bitcoin for $2.70?

Well for starters, I'd be full of shit because we all know that ship has sailed. But the next big thing in digital commodities is here, and it's $2.70 per coin, available on Bittrex and has a market cap of less than 4 Million. It's called Verium Reserve - VRM. We can't turn back time and buy Bitcoin before the explosion, but there is something aiming to solve Bitcoin's scalability and transaction fee problem and holy smokes it's damn cheap right now. http://ift.tt/2A98pfF You're welcome. submitted by /u/c0ltieb0y [link] [comments] Read More

Should I use BTC or USDT to buy and trade alt coins?

I see people using the USDT charts but buy/sell alt coins using bitcoin. I think it’s due to the fact that the price of bitcoin is constantly changing and on the BTC chart it will break through all levels of support and confuse you, but how can you know when are you making profit? I want to use the USD charts because I find them easier to read, but sometimes even when the price on the USD chart goes up, the price of the coin for BTC goes down. The usd and btc charts aren't the same, so how can I know when I'm making a profit or a loss when using a USD chart but trading with BTC? submitted by /u/mood300 [link] [comments] Read More

Using non traditional ways of determining long term success of a coin...

I feel like today it hit me like a bolt of lightening that decentralized currency is the way of the future. I feel like it's the early to mid 90s with the internet and we are still in the early adoption phase. Here is the problem...I am not a programmer or IT guy. I however understand that crypto whether it be centralized or decentralized is going to be the way we do business. So I am trying to figure out some ways to support and invest. There are various companies and apps that list a few currencies that they feel have potential such as coinbase, Coinseed, etc... What if I just invest the same percentage in all of those coins that companies list as the most likely to be successful? ... Has anyone had luck with doing this? submitted by /u/pleeplious [link] [comments] Read More

Not receiving funds from Coinbase

Last week I made a sell of Ethereum at roughly $475. I sold about 12 total Ethers. I sold the to my USD wallet not my bank account and I have yet to receive these funds. When I go to my history it says the sell of ether has been completed but the deposit to my USD wallet is still pending. Could anybody please help me out with this? I have emailed them several times with responses not pertaining to the actual issue and called with a response telling me that they'll "work on it". It shouldn't be taking this long. Where should I start? I have been following Crypto for months. I can afford to quit my job and focus on School/Day Trading.

I feel like I can potentially make more Day Trading and focusing on School than working at my current job. I keep saying I should invest in certain things and they skyrocket such as IOTA, ETC and obviously BTC. I know for a fact if I put even a little money I could be making so much more. What is some advice for starting out? I was thinking of using GDAX. Is there something better with lower transaction fees? What is the best website for buying BTC/ETH then exchanging it and becoming a day trader with the lowest transaction fees? Any help is appreciated, thanks! submitted by /u/D2_booster [link] [comments] Read More

IOTA just passed 3 dollars

Honestly IOTA is in the same situation as ethereum was at 5 dollars, many people seem to think buying in is too late now, but in reality the train hasn't even started moving yet, you should all move 80% of your crypto currency funding into IOTA. Just look at how many big companies they partnered with and consider how revolutionary the tech is, they are doing everything right you are looking a trillion dollar project so do yourself the favour of buying in now instead of never. It literally went from 1 dollar to 3 dollars within 1 week and from place 8 marketcap to place 5 and seemingly soon place 4, don't make the mistake of thinking it's too late to buy in. submitted by /u/ShamblesDog [link] [comments] Read More

Why is everyone so hyped about IOTA?

I've already invested a small portion of my portfolio into mIOTA, but I was wondering. What exactly is making people so excited about this specific currency? From what I gather it is getting a demo with Microsoft and some other big corporations (which is of course exciting) and the market recently opened in China and Korea. I am thinking about investing more into this currency but I was wondering if anyone could explain to me why it would be such a (potentially) good long term investment. submitted by /u/Insomniaticz [link] [comments] Read More
