I need an app that adds up all my crypto in real time. Does it exist?

It has to but I cant find it. I need an app where I can input the amount I own of each crypto and the app checks the price in real time and adds up my portfolio. Excel sucks. submitted by /u/CosbyTeamTriosby [link] [comments] Read More

A GPU Mined BTC Fork Will Be a Game Changer. Users and Miners Don't Want 'Bitmain Cash', They Want Decentralization.

This is what the market is about to wake up to. They don't want pumped coins. They want truly decentralized hashpower. GPU mining allows for this. There are so many GPU miners who will provide hashpower to this. And so many users who want a decentralized fork. submitted by /u/onenessup [link] [comments] Read More

Smart Balance percentage for Hedge between BTC and BCH?

Currently I’m holding 53% BTC, 12% ETH, the remainder across 7 top 10 hi-cap Alts. If I pulled a little from all non btc sources, how much BCH should I buy to be a hedge against BTC, while I’m holding Alts as a hedge for BTC:BCH? Blockpool (currently only on cryptopia as it opened last week) is a fork of ARK and the B2B platform through which Bjork is launching her new album November 24th. People will be able to purchase this with fiat and cryptocurrency. This is huge - esp with a well known artist like Bjork! QUESTION: Why do most cryptocurrencies have sudden massive surges in a matter of minutes?

I'm kinda new to the cryptomarket and every time I look at the charts of tokens that are sort of in the mid cap range, there are massive jumps in token prices, and they occur in just minutes, what do these series of influxes mean? Does it mean there are people placing large orders on these tokens? Or is it more along the lines of market manipulation? Trying to calculate when to take profits

So, this is a dumb question and I'm sure it's been asked here before, but I've searched google for days trying to find a guide for this. At what percentage gain is a good time to pull out your profits AND what is a good rule of thumb for what percentage you would want to take out at which level. Does that make sense? After rereading what I just wrote, probably not. So, say your coin reaches 30% gain from your initial acquisition cost. What would be a good percent of your holdings to take? I'm sure this is different for everyone, but I'd love to hear everyone's own personal strategy on this. Thanks guys submitted by /u/spacemonkeey [link] [comments] Read More

Food for thought - If tomorrow a new coin called ExpensiveSlowCoin came out, would you invest in it? Would you call that a ponzi scheme if sales people asked you to buy?

Food for thought - So tomorrow a salesman comes to your house and asked you to invest in a coin called "ExpensiveSlowCoin", would you invest in it? The "ExpensiveSlowCoin" has the following characteristics. At times, you're paying over $20 in transaction fees, sometimes more sometimes less. It is unreliable, transaction confirmations may take days to process. Vulnerable to chargebacks through RBF. Controlled by a centralized figure. Source: http://ift.tt/2Azq3W8 They don't care about investors money. Direct quote from the cofounder of bitcointalk.org "the market can go fuck itself." when asked what if the market prefers the opposite. Source: http://ift.tt/2z6q9qz Controlled by banks and central authority. Source: http://ift.tt/2mq2j3T Sure, you may think the price keeps going up, just like BitConnect. But wasn't that how most Ponzi investors lost their money? So back to the main question, would you invest in this or w

[Beginner] What tools do you use to make EtherDelta a bit more useful.

Hey there, I just recently got into crypto (2days ago) and traded some with EtherDelta. Due to the ease of use and lower fee than alot of altcoin exchanges.   While it's easy to use it doesn't provide a lot of features i would like, namely displaying the conversion rate of eth to X in €/$ and rate of X to €/$ to give a more clear image of the amount of money that is about to be handled and to compare it with other exchanges.   Is there a website you guys use to make trading a bit easier? If there isn't but you would like one, name some features and I or maybe someone else here with spare time will take a look at it.   While I have some spotlight, if someone is up for a chat in skype/discord shoot a pm! I'm new to alot in crypto and ready to soak up information or just have a person to talk about it. submitted by /u/peyter [link] [comments] Read More

Is GVT going to be biggest gainer this month? Most likely

Hello everyone. Some of you might remember my post from 2 days ago where I called BCPT rise and exchange listing. It was 15 cents at the time and it was trading at 35-45 cents this morning. I deleted post after a while(and I will explain why later). I would like to apologize for long post first, I am not huge fan of moon posts and lambo talk so I will try to cover all facts about GVT- Genesis Vision project. It is one of the most promising projects I have seen in a while. (and I have been here for a long time) I got early in Confido, BCPT, HST and I was blessed to take part in Upfiring ICO(but unfortunately with much less money than I would like to. It went up 20x times in less than 2 days and then started correcting) Those of you who have been around for a while remember time when you could flip every hyped ICO for at least 50% profit on first day, sometimes much more(BAT, Gnosis..etc). These days are long gone, and currently the best and most safest way to increase stack is to i

[Noob question] So, let's assume one of my coins is performing well and I want to sell it. To which currency do I sell?

Currently, my WAVES are performing very well. FIAT value is up by 15%. BTC value is up by 9%. I'm trading on Bittrex So my question is: to realise my gains, should I sell to BTC or ETH? I feel BTC price is up quite a bit currently, so my first guess would be to go to ETH. Or I could wait for the BTC to drop a bit, but I feel WAVES would drop too... submitted by /u/free_my_mind [link] [comments] Read More
