Bitshares.com problems with "insufficient funds"

So i went to invest in Yoyow for the initial spike, and created a new account on bitshares.com. Once i transferred my money in i saw that it was impossible for me to withdraw the 0.0201 BTC because the fee to withdraw was .022 BTC. i worried for a while but i decided that it must just be a bug. So i bought YOYOW anyway, and when i try to trade it back for BTC/BTS or any other ones, it comes up with "insufficient funds" next to the fee (no price on the fee, just insufficient funds). Am i missing something? i'm used to trading on Polo/Bittrex..
