Poloniex Stop-Limit issue again?

Hi guys,

does anybody of you also have problems with the Stop-limit feature today? I sold my BTS with the Stop Limit feature. The coins disappear and I never got my BTCs. I already opend a supportticket #209420.

Is there anything else I can do?
