Best place to store my coins?

Hi Guys, I've got investments in a number of altcoins but they're currently held in my poloniex account , obviously i dont want to do this as these are long term investments (lambo fund for 5 years time)

Is there a wallet (jaxx.io i've heard of?) - where i can store all my coins (SIA, STRATIS, GOLEM, RIPPLE etc..) rather than having like 5 different wallets.

Also, I only have around 100gb SSD space, is that going to be an issue? - furthermore, what can i do to secure these wallets in case my SSD died?
