How helpful do you think it would be trading on a multiple exchanges from a single app or platform powered by AI?

Lets take for an example an AI Chatbot which can integrate all the exchanges in its own interface, and this bot is powered by cognitive reasoning technology, and by blockchain too. For example having an evidence tree, storing all sensitive information on the blockchain, and providing us real time information from all our favorite exchanges, and doing trading on that exchange on our behalf, not totally independent from us, but generally being an AI Broker.
