Gimli.io looks like it's 300%+ oversubscribed according to what i read everywhere... the way they do it is that you can still put your email on waitlist and may get an allocation as they'll spread them and reduce everybody. This is not a push to get people to put their names on it, just stating facts, this is going to be a very strong one but still possible to get some!
