Site Exists?: Number of Blockchain Transactions

I'm looking for a site / source of data for the number of actual, confirmed transactions conducted across a number of altcoins, not just Bitcoin. I'm basically looking for this chart: http://ift.tt/1RSAfyR for other cryptos, in one place, without having to go to each block explorer (and in most cases) make my own.

Does such a site exist?

Just for clarity, please don't confuse this with market cap, which is the most commonly quoted.

I'm basically adding rubber meeting the road application outside of exchange traded volume for a valuation model. Fantasy vs. fact. Giving it a shot.
