Poloniex trading issues

So Yesterday I tried to sell some Stellar for bitcoin on poloniex. On the exchange page, it said the amount of bitcoin I have increased and stellar decreased, but on my balances and trade history, it says that exchange never happened. This morning, I did the same, but with selling Digibyte, and the exchange said the trade happened, but the Balances/trade page show that it never happened. Should I be worried about this, and has this happened to anyone else?
