I'm sitting here with my alts being down 30% as bitcoin continues to rise.

If Bitcoin suffers a sharp correction in the next 10 days, what does that mean for the alt market?

Will panic trickle down to other coins pushing them down even further?

It's hard to see a situation where alts rise quickly when their base coin is crashing.
