Concerns about IOTA.

I should start off by saying I don't hate the project or developers, but I do have concerns that I would like to discuss and get input about.

Based on Linkedin, both of the co-founders don't hold any degrees, and aside from co-founding other start-ups they do not have any solid work experience. Schiener has created three failed start-ups - Fileyy (May 2012 – Jan 2013), Bithaus GmbH (Jun 2014 – Aug 2015), and Finhaus Ltd. (Mar 2015 – Jul 2016). Finhaus Ltd. was created only two months after Bithaus GmbH had failed. Sønstebø has created one failed start-up - Stealth (2014 – Present). Shouldn't we be concerned of their past business history?

IOTA's devs. announced various partnerships but there is a lack of released official publications from the companies. How important is IOTA's partnership to these companies? At the moment it appears that hype exaggerated the significance.
