Arbitrage opportunity question

How difficult is it to take advantage of price discrepancies between the different exchanges? For example, there is an almost a $1k difference in price in BTC between GDAX and Bitstamp. After taking into account all fees to see how much I would profit from buying on one and selling on the other is there anything else I should be looking out for?

This just seems to easy and I am worried I am not taking everything into account.
