Assume “Coinmageddon” occurs Sunday. What would be the safest coin/token to move into to protect my investment?

Assuming the worst were to happen to BTC Sunday and it was dramatic enough to affect altcoins. It might be difficult to pull traditional currency from exchanges.

I would initially think Tether but there have been questions raised in regard to it lately. Is ETH then the best answer in that scenario?
