Sane UI for exchanges and wallet not showing zero balances when data is no avail?

I swear I nearly had a stroke several times, on at least both Bittrex and Poloniex (but certainly on many others too), but also on the Ledger Nano S's Chrome app while, unknowingly, online.

When data is not avail, could you please not show "Balance: 0 BTC" but instead show something sane like "Balance: n/a" or "Balance: - BTC"?

Or even a little spinning wheel. Anything really.

But just don't show "0 BTC" or "0 BCH" or whatever when you don't have the data yet / no network or, worse, old, bogus, cached balance coming from some local cache (Ledger does that).

Because displaying "0 BTC" when it's not correct has to be one of the f-cking worse UI / UX ever.

Seriously devs: please get hit by the clue stick.
