Trading rules on Kraken for crypto pairs in/out USD??

I haven't found any info on Kraken's FAQs about this. Does Kraken track/report to the US government trading that happens on it's platform in/out of crypto pairs with USD? Typically I trade in/out of crypto pairs and not USD. However, if I safe harbor in USD and buy the dips, will I get an EOY statement from Kraken related to my trading activity that I need to report as income gain/loss? Are these the murky regulatory waters that crypto is still navigating?
