How can I do following on Kraken and other exchanges?

Lets say ethereum is 223 EUR at the moment. I plan to wait a few days to see if it falls more however I would like to buy some if the price goes up today.

So I want to do the following on kraken: Buy ethereum only if the price hits 250 eur or above. However I don't want to buy any if the price is below 250 eur (as it is at the moment). How/where can I do that?
