Bittrex support hasn't responded in almost a week...

Deposit isn't showing up - everything looks fine on my end & confirmed. I think plenty of people have had this issue with them so I'm probably beating a dead horse. How long does it normally take them to respond? I emailed, opened a support ticket, and commented on FB... still nothing.
