When Stellar and Stratis is Gowing Up ??

From Last 3 months these both altcoins are going down & down and i am new in crypto trading world and one of my expert friend told me that invest in these coins so i invest in these coins 3 months ago and i am now -300% loss from my investment and i don't even open poloniex site not to hurt my self .. and i have invested around $1000 in these two altcoins.. is there any expert here who guide me the right path what to do and how i learn these things and apply my own strategies, there are many fake guru's in this market and i don't even trust from now...
