Thoughts on BURST?

I'm always scouting and researching low market cap coins (<30.000.000) to complement my large cap portfolio. I like coins with a strong concept and active community. This has led me to ANT (now NEO), VTC and QRL in the past.

Recently stumbled onto BURST, which looks very promising. Gave me that VTC feel. I know it was the victim of an attack a while back which it (apparently) recovered from quite successfully. Other than that it looks very interesting.

I'm eager to hear opinions regarding this coin. Hidden gem or no? I don't like to ask these questions in the coins subreddit because they are always quite shilly.
