Neblio gaining attention?

Hey guys, I'm personally holding a small position in Neblio and despite all the red numbers, Neblio seems to be gaining solid support(!?) +20% Nebl/BTC and a steady rise.

They have a great project and a really solid team, what do you guys think of NEBL?
