Since Bittrex change their policy, what is the best alternative?

Hey, so from now on if you do not send Bittrex your ID and verify your self, you cannot withdraw any thing (even old users with big amount of coins are screwed now).

Is there any alternative besides Polo? with some good amount of limits per day (1BTC and above)
