$500 budget - Cloud-mining, Self-mining, buy altcoins?

Hi,

If I have only $500 to spend and do not take electricity bills into account (because it is very cheap in my country) - what would be the best investment for those $500 in terms of crypto-currency:

-(Option A) Local mining (pool)

Get a mid-range GPU like a 1060 6GB and leave it to do its magic 24/7 @ home (already have a host PC suitable with a good PSU and cooling) and join a pool like nanopool·org?

+will have something real goods (hardware) for my money (could be later re-sold or re-used)

-noise -maintenance -long time until a ROI is reached (1-2 years perhaps?)

(P.S. I already have a main rig with 1080TI 11GB but i use it for other stuff - gaming lmao)

(Option B) Cloud mining

Go for cloud ETH mining like genesis-mining·io or hashflare·io +no noise / electricity +no maintenance

-No real hardware acquired for the money, only contract and some ETH supposedly -Slow ROI (1-2 yrs perhaps)

(Option C) Direct buy Directly buy a few ETH from kraken·io or some other trusted trading place

+don't have to wait +directly have ETH in my wallet

-albeit very low sum and won't 'grow' by itself, unless price skyrockets or unless stored in a risky online wallet where lots of ETH is needed for a low % gain - 500 ETH for 0.6% day

(Option D) ICO

Buy some ETH and invest in some ICO, hoping for the best (this seems most risky to me) +chance of becoming a stock holder in early (good) moment -risky, giving the recent ETH ICOs which got hacked - 2 for July, total sum of multi million dollar ETH equivalent.

-no guaranteed ROI

Please give me your advice.

P.S. I know that profitability calculators exist, but I would like to see a human opinion as well.
