PSA: Poloniex has been holding 90K Siacoin from me in "Processing" since June 9

I opened several tickets, they even closed one saying "Resolved!".

My deposits and withdrawal page STILL shows the withdrawal as "Processing" When I wanted to withdrawal, SC was worth 300% more than now

I was hoping by now that it's value has gone down they would let me have my coins.
