paper wallets for new cryptos such as NEO

When a new cryptocurrency comes onto the market, what's the best plan to keep them safe?

For instance, I'd like to get a few NEO. It could sky rocket, but it could also well be a P&D.

My point is, is there any go to website to generate paper wallets for these cryptos, whether thats NEO or whether thats LEOcoin.
