How do you trade during high volatility (Bittrex)

Hey all, just wondering during high volatility moments e.g. lots of buy and sell orders happening and prices going both ways very fast very quickly, how do you guys buy/sell during those periods?

I've realised that the 1 min chart on Bittrex usually requires a refresh and also prices move way faster than the chart can update within 1 minute anyway. Sometimes its way above or below but the candles have not even formed.

Over the period I've become accustomed to trading by reading the order of the orderbooks and only use charts for planned entries and exists, but not trading ranges during high volatility movements. What about you guys?

Or are there other tools that can do this better?
