BTC back to fiat

how is everyone cashing back to fiat ? i may have overinvested into altcoins that i want to go back to fiat with (house deposit i need in fiat that i dont want to keep in crypto)

How do you guys go back to fiat with minimal fuss with the lowest 'market sell' 'spread' and then transaction and transfer 'fee's'

so far coinjar australia seems to be the best option - going back to aud, http://ift.tt/2yFmsUL livingroomofsatoshi also seems to offer a more competitive market sell price but are limited to amounts of $300 which means i would spend more on bitcoin transfer network fees to do this multiple times.

is everyone really make money with out tens of thousands invested, as there seems to be such a premium to buy into,transfer, sell, transfer, fees etc to cash out?
