My phone broke and need help getting bittrex to disable my f2a

My phone broke and I didn't write down my backup code. I reached out to support and haven't had anything but an automated response for 6 days. I am at a loss for what to do at this point. Has anyone had any luck expediting their support, if so how? Thanks in advance if anyone has any suggestions. my number is #211417 if anyone from bittrex happens to see this post.
