What exchanges allow lending or margin funding?

I use P2P lending for margin trading service on the Bitfinex exchange, easy to use and good way to accumulate a bit of crypto while it also raises in value. Now, with Bitfinex closing its doors to US based customers, I was wondering if there were any other exchanges friendly to American customers that I could use instead. Have heard Polo has an option for it altho customer service leaves a lot to be desired, any others?
