Short question about Blockfolio and transactions

Is there a option to add a transaction which autamtically sells my coins as soon as I've bought the others? Example: if I want to buy 10 neo at price x with btc. Now as soon as price x has been reached my bitcoins automatically decrease and it will show 10 more neo in my overwiew
