Did I just pay $750 to learn a dumb less with BNB and Freewallet?

I bought $750 in BNB and wanted to move off the exchange, out of habit. Did a little research and picked the top iphone ETH wallet, Etherum Wallet by Freewallet. Binance said, "Any mainstream Ethereum wallet should work" in their FAQ.

However, now buried in the Etherium wallet FAQ, it says they accept no tokens.

Am I completely screwed here?
