Buying crypto in Bittrex is a bit confusing

I am a complete noob on this. I would like to buy siacoins in Bittrex, but I have a hard time understanding what are all these options (Max, Last, Bid, Ask, then total). I just want to exchange some ETH into siacoins, no more. If someone could shed some light on all this options and terminology it would be really appreciated. Thanks.
