Sell me/Steer me away from APX

Hey all,

Stumbled on APX Ubiq token. It seems to be a promising token... It has a limited amount of tokens and appear to have a decent plan on their site with known advisors. However, I'm still unsure if whether or not I should buy some. Seems very promising, just maybe, I'm missing something? I'll probably end up buying but maybe someone here knows something I don't.
