Hey guys, I'm currently developing a private algorithmic trading program, using a combination of Python and PHP.

I simply wanted to ask if anyone has ran into issues with the terms of services (ToS) of some exchanges. In particular, I'd like to use the Kraken platform and its api, but its ToS states that signers will not

Use any robot, spider, crawler, scraper or other automated means or >interface not provided by us to access our Services or to extract data.

Should I be concerned about this condition, or would it be okay to ignore it? In the case of the former, has anyone seen an exchange that allows algorithmic trading?
