I want to withdraw my initial investment. Convert to LTC or ETH?

I want to pull out my initial cash investment and just use my returns and see if I can snowball those. My question is which currency has the least fees associated with it? Right now I'm holding DGB, LTC, GNT, BTC, and ETH. My thought it so shapeshift it all into one currency and send it to Coinbase for withdrawal and then re-shapeshift the extra back to those currencies. Is this the most effective way or is there a better way?
