If the exchanges had a "traffic meter" or some kind of visual representation of how much traffic they are receiving, we as a community and client-base would probably be able to solve our own problems.

Seriously, if anyone has any pull at any of the exchanges we would love to have a more detailed idea of what's going on with the site when there are issues. Even further than that we want to help. I understand there are security issues tied to sharing information like that, but still...

I was thinking just a percentage of capacity.. but honestly ANY information you can give us that can help us help you support your website's functionality would be good.
