Can someone tell me more about POWR and whether its a good investment right now?

I've been looking into investing in Power ledger [POWR], but I don't really know whether its a good/safe/stable investment right now. I've seen that it can take some strange patterns and usually runs on its own compared to other cryptocurrencies. Any thoughts?
