Exchanges for Iota?

Hi guys, this is my first post so I do apologize for the noob question. I want to buy Iota, but with bitfinex pulling out of the US there are not really any exchanges/wallets that offer Iota for the US- is my best bet to use Binance to buy the IOTA with something like ETH? Second question would be how do I get the ETH into my Binance wallet, because it looks like they only do crypto and you cannot buy with US dollars? Is there an easier way to buy IOTA that would offer more liquidity?
