What happens as soon as a positive Chinese related news happen in the coming days

Which coins are most likely to skyrocket after the following Chinese related events occur: 1. China lifts ban on exchanges especially Huobi and Okcoin which were requested to shutdown by Oct 31st,2017. 2. Chinese government starts its own coin or make partnership with available coins such as NEO, ripple, Walton etc.

In my view, as soon as some positive news from China surfaces in the coming days then NEO, WALTON, GAS will triple in value in minutes. What is your view?
