SCAM: Exsul Coin is a fake ICO. The founder is also under investigation for rape.

There is a Reddit user called "mistaschlong" who talks about how he's investing in Myanmar, and how he has "a team" of people there working for him. Last summer his "team" consisted of 4 people (3 girls and a guy). We all ghosted him when we found out he raped a girl he was working with (more on that below).
As of 10/23/2017, this guy is running a scam ICO called Exsul Coin. Here is their Website and Facebook. He claims it's a cryptocurrency that will help refugees. But he's just taking advantage of the media covering the Rohingya refugee crisis in Myanmar, and using it to market his fake ICO.
His actual plan is to take the ICO money for himself and "purchase cash-generating assets" in Myanmar. He plans to hold the assets as a way of generating wealth for himself, without sending money to the Rohingya or anyone else. We've already reported this to the SEC.
He also wants to "pump out two ICOs", then use the ICO money to hire smart contract developers and do ICO advisory "until the party is over". Again, not using ICO money for its intended purpose.
In Bangkok, on March 17, 2017 he raped a girl he was working with. He even recorded a video of the crime on his phone. He forced her to leave the country and threatened to have her blacklisted from Thailand and Myanmar. She was so scared he would kill her, that she kept the rape a secret from us until after she was back in the United States for months.
He told one of us that he would "shut her up by force", and that if we didn't want her to be in physical danger we should "tell her to stop talking shit".
He threatened her by email: "Additionally, you are to CEASE AND DESIST IMMEDIATELY, all talk of me. I do not talk or gossip about you. You are spreading lies and rumors and gossip about me. If you do not stop immediately, I will be forced to stop you by any means necessary."
He also sent her some other sick emails: "I want you to recognize I have total power over you and the rest of your life. I want you to understand you will never be happy without having my babies."
The rape has been reported to the FBI, to the US Embassy in Bangkok, to the Thailand authorities, and to the Myanmar authorities since he has an address in Myanmar. Before we left Thailand, we helped the police collect the rape evidence from his phone (he really did record a video). We gave them the phone password, backed up the data, and made sure the evidence also went to the Myanmar authorities. The phone was then sent to the FBI Office in San Francisco.
This guy is a predator who recruits people to work on his "opportunities", and then tries to exploit them and refuse to pay them. He also treats women like garbage. Last summer one of the girls working with us went out one night with her friends. He said it was okay, and later flipped out on her. He then revoked her equity in his company, told her that she had to "work [her] ass off for the rest of [her] youth", that she would "not have a social life for at least the next four years", and that he would only pay her the minimum amount required to live on. You can read it all here. On top of that, he had already failed to pay her for months despite having a contract to do so. Since she quit he's been trying to stalk her, including having mutual friends try to learn where she lives. We think he wants to hurt her.
This guy is a sick piece of garbage, and most of what he says is a lie. So if he tries to pitch you on his "opportunities", just know that he wants to work you like a dog and rip you off. DO NOT go meet him in person if you're female. Stay away from him, and spread the word if you can. He tries to come off as a sophisticated businessman, but he's a psychopath who likes hurting women and running get-rich-quick scams.
