Can't login to Mercatox after attempt of withdrawal

Stay away from this exchange Mercatox! I've bought MTH token recently and was trying to withdraw this yesterday, the email with confirmation came too late, so the link expired by this time. Today I was trying to login but can't do this as it says 2FA code is not correct. Wrote an email to them asking to restore an access, still waiting for reply. Did anyone had such issues with Mercatox?
