Best Coins for the Long-Term Crypto Investor

As the crypto market begins to recede following the BTC China announcement today, there is a great opportunity for long term value-investors and even short-term "dollar cost averaging" to buy as the value of cryptos in general continues to decrease for the immediate (hopefully) future. Looking ahead 6mo, 1yr, 3yrs or 5yrs, which coins do you guys think will win out??

My personal under-educated opinion is Bitcoin and Monero...

Bitcoin, because so much infrastructure is built around it, the compatibility and existing services make it irreplaceable for the foreseeable future.

Monero, because the use of tech like ring signatures makes it about as close to anonymous as possible and it is also very easy and fast to transfer. They also have a decent marketing scheme and have gotten their name out there more effectively than a lot of other coins
