Who isn't dropping the ball with fiat / crypto funding?

We all know Poloniex is absolutely useless, but who / what exchange platforms are using that you can trust won't drop your thousand dollar wire, or lock up your XBT deposits with bullshit?

There is lots of money waiting to enter the market that won't until they see some trust. So who do you trust?

I have only made small purchases with my VISA on Coinbase, I am looking for feedback from the people who wire money and everything. Doesn't make you feel good when your exchange is asking you to wire money halfway across the world.
