How to view further up (the sell orders) or further down (the buy orders) on gdax's Order Book. On other sites I can usually press a button to go to the next page of orders, scroll up or down further in the order book, or at least consolidate the decimals in order to show a broader range. On gdax I only see the closest orders of +- ~20 dollars for bitcoin and ~1 dollar for ether.
