Before I do it myself, Does there exist a TL;DR on every coin?

I'm about to go through and buy just about every bittrex coin and just let them sit for a year. But I'd also like to know what I'm trading and how likely it is that coin has a future. Isthere a quick reference/ single sentence blurb about each coin somewhere so I don't have to go to two hundred different websites and read their buzzword-filled white papers?
