Polo withdrawals "awaiting approval" WTF???

What's is the go with polo ??? There's something very fishy going on ??

Took me 2 days for my eth deposit to show in account , used polo to trade for btc now trying to withdraw to my wallet only to be hit with "Awaiting approval" now I've been waiting 48 hours and still Nothing ?? How can they do this , how are people ment to trade with a. Deposit / with dear time of 4 days ?

What should I do ?
